City Farm SLO is a 20 acre parcel that Central Coast Grown leases from the City of San Luis Obispo. Currently 2 acres are dedicated to educational agricultural production and we have one tenant, Green Gold Organic Farms, leasing 2 acres of strawberries and specialty peppers.
Fourteen acres remain and we would prefer to lease smaller parcels to several different farmers, and are considering starting a farmer training/incubator program.
