Everyone's Harvest received USDA funding for farmers to learn how to create value-added products, through processes such as canning, jamming, and drying. They will be hosting two workshops led by a professional out of Ben Lomond. The event will be held at a commercial kitchen space in Marina, CA.
This opportunity is open to any farmers who are interested in learning how to create these products. The first workshop will be held on June 25th from 9am-2pm in Marina, focusing on jamming fruits and drying. Another one focused on canning and pickling will occur in late August.
