Feedback wanted! Please participate in the Agricultural Workforce Development Survey

The AWET Program is a California statewide initiative, funded by the Chancellor's Office of Education, and created with the goal to identify and provide the required training for our agricultural workforce, based on the needs of the ag-industry. AWET's new project, the Agricultural Workforce Development Survey is currently gathering needs from farmers, ranchers, and companies working in agriculture from all sizes regarding workforce development.

For this survey tool to be representative and inclusive, we want to invite members of the Central Coast FarmLink community to take five minutes of their time to provide their input regarding their needs as businesses. Our ultimate goal is to provide our local government and community colleges with enough information to develop the right training for our agricultural workforce.
