"This is a dream job for an organized and capable farmer/permaculturist who wants to work a piece of land, but doesn't have the capital to set up a farm. I work in the finance industry, and my views have been shaped by my work. I fear that in the near future, we are going to face a global currency collapse. When this occurs, there will be a time when commerce stops. If you play that forward, my wife isn't going to be able to go to whole foods to feed my children. Due to my worldview. I'm looking for someone to team up with who has the skills but not the capital to build a self sustaining farm. I will provide the start up capital needed, and if the person does a good job putting the project together, they will end up owning a piece of it. In addition, I'm willing to give any of the after expense revenue to the farmer once the farm is up and running, and until the farm is generating revenue, i will pay them a salary. The right person should be a jack of all trades. You will understand plant/vegetable farming, animal farming, and you will be able to GC a construction project (if we buy a piece of land that needs things built: barn, equipment shed, farmhouse, etc.).
