Claims Period Now Open for Hispanic and Women Farmers and Ranchers
If you are a Hispanic or woman farmer or rancher who believes you have
received discriminatory treatment at USDA because you are Hispanic or
female, you may be eligible to submit a claim and receive a payment.
Find out more by attending one of the public meetings being held around
the state from October 2012 to February 2013. Claims packets must be
completed and submitted before March 25, 2013.
