Choose and Plan Markets and Distribution Channels Appropriate for your Farm
Understand Buyer Expectations and Requirements (e.g., product quality, pack and labels,
post-harvest handling & cooling, transport, paperwork and terms of doing business)
Meet and Talk with Market Representatives and Potential Customers:
o Wholesale Buyers
o Farmer’s Market Managers
o School Food Service Representatives
o Local Store and Restaurant Owners
